Went for the mudclaws as my Adidas were aggravating my talus.
Good quality run.

More work on the calves. R was sore toward the end of the run. Tightness around the ankle.
L wasn't bad during the run but has a load of funky bits when rolling including one really tender but where the gastroc enters the knee

Tried running but very sharp pain on the outside of my left ankle. Think it's ligament damage. Hopefully a couple of days rest and it'll be sorted

3x1200m w/ 4min rec jogs (3:58, 4:03 watch doesn't seem to have worked properly for middle interval)
3x800m w/ 3min rec jogs (2:53, 2:37, 2:46)
Really wind and freezing cold. Started snowing towards the end of the session. Wasn't properly dressed in t-shirt and shorts. Gloves would have been useful!
Pace seemed to be about right.
Calves not great but got thru it.
