Beech Boul - Hazelhead - Countesswells - kings hill - kingswells
Great run today in fantastic weather conditions. Calf and hamstring both ok but not 100%. Did a bigger loop round countesswells this time and climbed up thru Kingshill woods on the single track.

Decided to run this after all and my legs were fine throughout. Strong headwind on the way out took its toll. Lost 4th place in another sprint finish.
Think I finished second in the series behind Myles with Ron and Tom not turning up today.
