Almost same route as yesterday. Plenty of moonlight so torch off for most of the run. Calf is almost there. Did 1 short effort towards the end. R hamstring giving me a few issues.

Bucksburn trails with a bit in the fields then up thru Shedocksley Calf not too bad R hamstring tight. Noticed at other night that there is quite a bit of imbalance between the muscle mass of each of my hamstrings. Need to work on building up the R leg.

2 bridges. Nice easy pace. Stretched at half way and everything felt better from that point on. Seem to be very restricted around both sides of my heel. Great weather.

Rolling then stretching. Focusing on both calves again. Found some dodgy bits.
Planned rest day but R calf seems to be strained too. Will see how it goes and whether a 2nd day off is required

Rolling, stretching and calf raises. Upper interior R calf sore to touch. Not giving me any hassle walking but I doubt that I would be able to run very far. No issues with the calf raises.
