Home-kingshill woods-Countesswells-hazelhead-home (plus a little bit on the Bucksburn trails to make up the distance)
Stopped to stretch out R calf and L hamstring at Countesswells CP. R calf had started to twinge sharply just before but was ok for the remainder of the run. Both hamstrings were tight. Not sure if it was due to the run, squats or a combination of both.
Decent route. Will be nice to be able to add in some additional bits in the woods and to link it to Bucksburn/Brimmond etc later in the year.

Hazelhead parkrun - 2nd behind Gideon Gathimba (quite a distance behind!)
Struggled initially with my R calf, then towards the end my L leg didnt seem to be pulling through smoothly on the downhill. Think my quads are just a bit tight from last weekend.
Gathimba's 5k PB - 13:39!
I was ahead of him very briefly but i think that he hadn't adjusted to the cold yet!
