Didn't intend to be out so long.
Trying to work out a nice route to work. Past Dobbies, across to Hazelhead park, down to Springfield road, then retraced my steps back up towards Countesswells before back tracking again to the crematorium and up through Kingswells on the roads. Great weather and I was out in t-shirt and shorts. Legs feeling much better today.

Recovery run around Kingswells
Legs feeling it from yesterday. My intention was to do a longer run today but didn't get out until late and when I started I realised that my legs felt like rubbish! Tight hip flexors in particular.

Proms 3k - 5th
Decent run and calf didn't bother me too much.
Myles won by far, Ron was second and Tom sprint finished past me and another guy to come in 3rd. Again I didn't have the strength in my legs to keep up with Tom in the finish.

Worked through lunch so plan moved to running home. Worked too late so plan moved to running when I got home. Too tired when I got home so plan changed to running tomorrow
