Around the Brimmond trails. Ended up trying the circular route towards the airport. It was over grown with gorse so not the most fun running. Wore the 'urban crampons' which did well but I realised that I had lost 3-4 spikes by the time I got home. Trails were still sheet ice.

Would have liked to have done the hazelhead parkrun today but it was cancelled because of the ice. Might get a parkrun in next weekend and then the proms on the first Fri
