Lean icy conditions. Slow due to too much phaff. Very much out of practice

Lumphanan 10k - 9th
Good run today. Strong throughout but couldn't hold off Tom Brian at the end (again).
Please with the time as I haven't been doing any speed work recently and still have the remenants of a cold/cough
Big flap of skin came off my L foot by my little toe. Need to get some new running sock which don't have holes in them!

Brimmond hill night run.
Final time up Brimmond this year. Head torch was working well with new batteries. Went up Brinmond, dropped down to the style on the road and then back up via the track.
Calf muscles tight.

Brimmond and Tyrebagger.
Much milder today, was quickly stripped down to a t-shirt.
L Achilles giving some issues. R side ok today.
Didn't feel strong at all on the climbs.

Bit of a wheezy chest this morning and calf muscles were sore yesterday so I took the opportunity to rest.
