Dobbies loop.
Squeezed this in just before it got too dark. Really nice clear skies and cold temps.
Stubbed my R toe again on the descent to Bucksburn but I think everything's ok. Calf started to tighten up on the home straight.

Down to the garage to pick up the car. Took all the forest tracks and it turned out to be a decent run.
No major issues with the calf but still not 100%.
Would have liked to have been able to go a bit further afield today but that will have to wait...
Ice on the trails and frozen ground for the first time this winter

Really nice to be running here again, forgot how good it was and didn't realise how close it was to the house.
Leg was ok, even strong, for the first 3km after that started to get sore.

Easy run at lunch.
Leg didn't feel too bad but didn't feel too great either!
Didn't fancy the gym/bike so thought I would give this a shot.
