Trail Running 1:08:52 [3] 14.0 km (4:55 / km)
shoes: Adidas adizero blue

Around the Bucksburn trails. Feeling a bit sore in my feet and calf muscles from yesterday's speed work. Nice to get in a longish run in great conditions. Wrong footwear choice today. It was much wetter underfoot than I was expecting.

At Webster Pk. Heavy underfoot, dark and spending most of my time looking at my watch.
Calf muscles sore at the end.
Glad to get the first intervals session in for a long time

Trail Running 45:18 [3] 9.4 km (4:49 / km)

Tullos hill with Matt and Chris.
Felt pretty good, some slow parts waiting for other to catch up. Was planning on doing intervals but the weather was so good and the option of running in a group was appealing.

Road running 46:42 [3] 10.0 km (4:40 / km)

Run to work. Pouring with rain.
Felt ok throughout although motivation levels weren't particularly high. Forgot to bring a pair of dry socks to work.

Trail Running 49:22 [3] 10.56 km (4:40 / km)

Nigg bay and the headland with Chris and Matt.
Seriously wet and windy. Almost impossible to make progress in some of the sections.
Not an ideal run for recovery but legs felt good.
