Bennaiche hill race - 12th
Went ok today. Was able to run the entire distance. Still a bit slow on the descents. Unable to catch Willie at the end.
No warm down so going to be sore tomorrow

Proms 3k. 2nd behind R.Gauld.
Hamstrings getting a bit tight during the race but held on and seemed to pace it quite well taking over a bunch of guys in the last k.
Not a bad starting point for the series!

Attempted Gramps. Felt terrible. Zero energy as soon as I started climbing. Aborted the route and got back to the office as quickly as possible. I think it was a combo of nog enough food water and sleep.
