Up to scotstoun moor. Nice runing on good trails. Extended the run by heading out along the don. Was pretty tired by the end. Should have taken food or a drink.

Clachnaben hill race.
Tough going. Started a bit quick and struggled on the climbs. Finished 11th
No issues with my hamstring.
Shorter races lined up for the next few weeks so it should suit me better.
