Tyrebagger. Explored a bunch of trails along side the golf course. Nice running. Hamstring suffering a bit on the climb up brimmond. Did some squats and lunges at the end. L hip flexor mega tight. Good stretch required for both hip flex and hamstring.

L hamstring is strained again. Not badly at the moment and it didnt impede my running but i ensured that i took it nice and easy throughout.

2 bridges. L hamstring starting to feel a bit tight over the last couple of days. Need to keep an eye on it.

Tullos hill. Tried running the loop in reverse to see if i could catch a better route. Ended up missing both trails and spent my time on the landrover tracks. Enjoyed the stair climbs at the end going this way round. It might be the way to go from now on.
