Easy run. Couple of laps round tyrebagger. Legs feeling good although my whole body was feeling a bi sluggish on some of the short climbs towards the end.
Nice to be out on forest trails on a damp day.

Seemed to pace this one quite well. Picked up a load of runners on the way home.
