Really nice running. L calf stiff to start but after a short stop to stretch it out it gave me no further problems.

From kingswells up Brimmond down to west woods and then picked up the Krunce race route. Headed round the circular path then up Elrick from the S. Back round the circular path to hit the road behind the golf course. Back up Brimmond via the sheep field and then to the house.
Stayed dry the whole time.
Was getting tired towards the end but happy to have done the longest run in a long time. Hoping that this will make the basis of my weekly long run.
Tight calf muscles. Toe was ok until I stood awkwardly on a stone.

Bumped the weight up but I'm not sure that my form is good enough and ended up with tweaked ligaments in my knee. I might have to look into getting some coaching so that I don't wreck myself

Up Brimmond over the top and back again.
Spent a reasonable amount of time chopping back the gorse.
Watch ran out of battery part way so time is a guess.
Legs felt ok throughout. Need to remember to take it easy and work my way back into it!

Calf muscles were stiff to begin and were pretty tender by the end. Stiffness moved up into lower R back. No major issues with big toe

Around Torry light house with Adam and Chris. Wasn't expecting to run but the weather was so bad I didn't fancy the cycle in the morning and then when the weather had cleared up and the sun was shining at lunch it was to hard to resist. Felt good throughout although i was losing form in R foot towards the end.
Toe didn't feel too bad.
