Prob went out slightly too fast, was slower on the middle kilometer and then recovered a bit on the final km. (3.07, 3.27, 3.14)

Tyrebagger. Explored a bunch of trails along side the golf course. Nice running. Hamstring suffering a bit on the climb up brimmond. Did some squats and lunges at the end. L hip flexor mega tight. Good stretch required for both hip flex and hamstring.

Tullos hill. Tried running the loop in reverse to see if i could catch a better route. Ended up missing both trails and spent my time on the landrover tracks. Enjoyed the stair climbs at the end going this way round. It might be the way to go from now on.

Abz 101s: mudlee bracks, hill of cammie, cock hill.
A bit tough crossing from cammie to cock but a good run in nice weather. I had planned to do Gannoch etc but there was quite a bit of snow remaining on the tops. Up the fungle road and then back to the CP over the hills.
