Parkrun. 2nd (unofficial as I couldn't find my barcode). Windy on the way out but I guess that it always will be!
Had an argument with a driver outside the beach ballroom on the way there about the zebra crossing. Ended up delaying me and I had to put on the gas to get to the start before 9.30.
Achilles ok during the race but pretty sore afterwards. Not sure that this was the best choice of rest!
