Running warm up/down 7:00 [2]

jogging around the track

Stretching warm up/down (dynamic stretching) 10:00 [2]

Strength and conditioning 45:00 [5]

Not really sure what to mark this. I'm calling it strength and conditioning, but it was kind of like a cross-fit workout-- a mix of running, agility, and strength training.

4 sets of the following exercises, no rest

Strength and conditioning (squat jumps x15, butterfly situps x15, burpees x15, switch lunges x15, push-ups x15)
sprint/hard run 100m
stairs (~7 flights, jogging up the army tower)
sprint back 100m

...and repeat!

Today's games were bracket play so they were capped at 15 points and they were a lot longer and more intense.

In the morning-- super fun game replaying Delaware-B. We won but it was a lot closer and hard fought this time, especially because five of our players left Saturday and they had a couple of new girls that arrived. I played a lot more points this game (and in all the games, in general) because we didn't have as many subs.

In the afternoon we played Westchester and lost (I think 4-11 or something like that), but they were a great team, really fast and good at handling, so it was a fun one as well. And then we were scheduled to play Yale but they forfeited--I think someone on their team had a bad injury--so we came in 11th place overall! Yay!

And our A-team did very well. Since we didn't have a game with Yale we went over to watch them, and they narrowly lost the championship game with Harvard. So they came in 2nd overall. Double yay!
