OCIN Meet at Middle Creek
Great course, geat weather, HTFU ground conditions. 4" crusty, melting snow on a majority of the course made for tough running. Just when you thought you had your foot planted and strat to push-off the snow would give away. Fell hard at least 6 times but at least the landing was cushioned!

The snow also added a navigation difficulty factor in some areas. Subtle reentrants and dry ditches were hard to pick-up.

O has become a real "seconds count" sport for me. In my last four races the closest competitor has been 12 seconds ahead, 12 seconds behind, 9 seconds ahead and 2 seconds ahead!
