waited to cooldown since the team was meeting for practice then cooled down for 1.5 miles.
Felt good today. I think I went slower than what Paul would have wanted on the rest judging by what he said he wanted us to do before everyone else ran. My calves will probably be a little sore because I'm wearing my newer shoes and they have a lower heel to toe drop than all the others I've ever run in but I think they'll be fine with some stretching.
