Brown, ran slow. And made some bad route choices but still a good warm up as to know when to run fast and how to on the terrain.

Orienteering 52:11 [3] 5.8 mi (9:00 / mi)

Pushed it harder on the green. The first 4 points were the same as on brown so even thought here was a bunch of thorns I just ran hard and my legs got used to the pace and I kept it for most of the run. I used Erin's push the hill method and it worked amazingly. Also tried to finish as hard as I started.
