It was really windy today and the straightaway we had to use was facing against it. This is when I dislike being tall, because even when someone ran in front of me the wind still hit my face and shoulders.

Our 4 x 800 relay ran 8:52, there was only one other team but they ran 9:36 so everyone basically ran it on their own.
I PR'd by 6 seconds in the 800!!!

This wasn't too bad. I still beat my previous PR but I wasn't as fast as earlier. I hit even splits at 69 and 69 and when we finished I felt like I could've done another lap at the same pace. Its like I could've held the pace, I just couldn't push the pace during the race. Oh well, it still felt good.
