Track! Legs still feeling Sisters, so I was going to play it by ear.
Workout was 8-8-6-6-6-6-4-4-4-2-2
We ran the 800s in 2:50, the 600s in 2:06-->2:03 and then my Sisters legs said no more on the first 400. Plus I don't really need that right now with two weeks to the marathon, so I cut it short there before things blew up. Not quite as fast as last week, but with dirtier legs.
