After Cath had finished, went out for a run on her course. Passed Kelvin and Carley shopping when I started and I really enjoyed it, fab day, fab area, some tricky control sites and route choices plus the heavy traffic wasn't great but really enjoyed it. Came round the wrong side of 18, but that was about it mistakes wise. Good finish to the weekend.

BOC relays 2013 on Holmbury Hill. One of those days, firstly, messed up no.5, then miss punched no.7 (not realising) then to finish things off, a big fall coming into no.14! Gutted, first mens short too :( Didn't like the area, a lot of felling meant scrappy underfoot, difficult to get any speed down off path, but a poor day all round.

BOC 2013 in the Surrey Hills. Decent run, gave it everything and the one mistake I did make, didn't end up being significant position wise. Didn't have enough to eat pre race and had nothing in the legs, and on a very hilly course, it wasn't great. I always gave it the beans on the climbs, then when I got to the top, I had nothing :( NEED to get back training! Felt confident navigationally through out, apart from no. 6, crossing a path didn't seem to register. On the long leg, 11-12, looking on route gadget all the top runners chose the same route choice, but I was just to slow. Liked area, and relatively happy (plus back was alrite)
