A different day and time, because Jared's wife is having their baby on Wednesday. I still have a little niggle on the front of my right shin, and Jared thought it might be a shin splint, so we didn't do anything really vigorous. I did row, and ride the air bike, and we did some strengthening exercises for the shins. We also did a lot of balance while lifting weights. My shin is feeling somewhat better now, but I think it might be prudent to not run on it until the weekend.
