Orienteering race 53:00 [3] 3.0 mi (17:40 / mi) +70m 16:28 / mi

Ran the middle Brown leg at the Hickory Run Hop relay - much fun although was definitely not performing my best - much trickier and more beautiful terrain than SE PA. Met a lot of cool folks and I want to thank my teammates Julie and Bob for being so supportive. :-)

Since the SI gizmo was acting funky I will give you the timing from my GPS watch, so enjoy the random lostedness of controls 6 and 7 that the orienteering mastodon ran (forgot to turn off the watch until 3 or so minutes after finishing). :-)

For those in the know, lawn cutting occurred on 5/26/2013, followed by a ride on the Wine Train (touristy thing the Mrs. and I did for our Anniversary).

It was cool, cloudy and refreshing, so I went for a jog/walk. I realized that tomorrow is an Orienteering day, so I did no jogging after 3 miles because I do not want my knees to explode. Tomorrow should be interesting, a relay with impromptu teams...
