Forgot to use the gel and hr spike. Felt great the whole time except for where I am still healing I feel like I am 5 months pregnant. So weird, but pretty much when I stop the swelling goes down. Guessing it's normal.

With the fantastic Fishers! Starting pack training. Bag of sugar, couple of water bottles, snacks and other odds and ends. The strangest impact I have these days is my belly distends when my heart rate is higher and takes a few hours to go down. It's normal but weird and not terribly comfy.
