and other amounts of sour cream, crispy fried onions, sour dough starter, whip cream, whipped topping, half and half, veggies, dip, crackers, sugar flour, spices, eggs, bacon, sausage...
Started PT today for an SI R gute side issue and ankle instability. The SI issue has really started to fire up. Used to just be when sitting, now it persists all the time. :( Just a real pain in the a**.
