My kid has his Science Olympiad Competition today. I promise I didn't get over zealous in prepping him for the "Road Scholar" competition. I only pulled out a few maps.

The new spin instructor invited me to try this boot camp thing. We did snatches, jerks, leg things, get ups, clean somethings, medicine ball pushups, the evil single wheel ab thing, running back and forth, stance jacks, box jumps, single leg dead lifts, kettle swings, agility things, and the like. The funny thing is, this mileage!!! I left the watch in my coat pocket because I didn't want to seem too serious, and THIS shows up! LOL! I got there early, and stayed later to learn stuff. Kept on giving me light weights. I put them back and got double.
