Watch konked so relying on strava and bike odometer. Oh my bum! Clearly need to spend longer times in the saddle. Guessing my HR was low because my legs felt really heavy.

Rode dirt to Badlands, through badlands hopped on blue (very slick from rain-bit it 2x) then out the path to Kensington then the single track connector to dirt to Proud Lake to some single track. There is a big mess of trails back there unmarked which slowed things a tad. Wish I had brought my compass! Rode the bike path home-had to take mom on errands.

Unexpected quick trip to Pentwater, MI to move my mother in law into an assisted living situation. Up side is staying at brother in laws cottage on Lake Michigan. Got about 3 miles into the run and sky started cracking with thunder and lightening, hopefully little further tomorrow.
