Running 30:00 [3]

I totally forgot to start/stop my watch. But I had a great "training" with my friend who is a sprinter. She showed me about form, how to make steps and generally how to run lighter and faster. Also paced my 100m run--78.

Fun doing a course (not even streamered!) with Michelle. Good times! Missed one, and skipped one (out of 11) to beat darkness.

Note

Skipped training today. Ton of yard work-then to REI for the 24 hour clinic. Out of curiosity, strapped on HR monitor to gauge effort pulling stumps. Thought it would have been higher than what it was!

Went through Orange and Yellow loops for Bishop O Meet with Michelle Green. (Same weekend as the Rage.) I thought I turned off my watch to QR the data, but I got home and realized I hadn't. Grrr. Anyone know how to "rewind"? I tried by waypoint, but it didn't work. I also buzzed by Kent Lake and it is wide open. Anyone up for open water training?

Mountain Bike 1:10:00 [3] 9.1 mi (7:42 / mi)
ahr:141 max:174 shoes: North Face GTX

Great time out at Island Lake with Ali! We did just the blue trail, it was soooo muddy! I thought we should skip yellow, because on a normal day that's where I get the mud. :) I think I will have a super spectacular team mate for Get Your Bearings! Great day.
