Really off day today, could not get heart rate up and body felt like a wet noodle.

Again, no spunk. I think I may be coming down with something. I hardly sweat! Not like me cause I sweat like a man usually. It's so embarrassing.

Forgot my HRM and watch. I felt off today as it is, and I didn't realize what an anchor watching HR was for me. I think it's cause it's my husband's birthday and he's been gone a week and will be gone for 2 more and I miss him. :(
Adjusting my weights routine because starting to bulk up not in a way that doesn't make sense.
Did 10 burpees to warm up, then:
8x4@135lb with 1.5min rest deadlifts
3x60 @230 lb with 20 sec rest inverted leg press
3x60 @8lbs with 20 sec rest lat raises
3x60 @40lbs with 20 sec rest pull downs
3x60 @25 lbs with 20 sec rest tricep pulls
3x15 @75lbs with 1.5min rest rows
I think that's all I got done.

No HRM or watch AND on a bike where the mileage was broken. I felt lost! But, still sweat about the same, had to clean the bike and the floor, which is a little embarrassing. But, at least I show up and work hard! :)

Did 800m at 6.8 and 4.2 during recovery. I am feeling more "recovered" at 135 than I have in the past. Hoping by the first week of March I am at 4.5 and 7.

Used Igor's Maybury Map. Headed out to 2, and didn't find the streamer, but didn't linger because it was possible that I wouldn't have found it according to Igor. Headed to 1, but once I went for 4, I realized I had found 5, not one, and then got 4, 1, 11, 6 and 7 eluded me. Getting better at reading contours from map to land. Back out next weekend for 7, 8, 9, and 10 at least! I had fun.
