NOL long distance at Belair, Adelaide. (9.3km/37controls/3loops/pos15/15)
I did one huge mistake and a few smaller mistakes. Running was ok.

NOL sprint qualifying at Flinders Uni, Adelaide. (pos 17/18). I did a few small mistakes, running felt ok, didn't push much.

shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 160

Sprint W21A at Waite Campus, Adelaide. Again a few small mistakes. Running was tired! (pos 6/7)
