Orienteering (Middle) 59:59 [4] 9.0 km (6:40 / km) +30m 6:33 / km
shoes: Inov8 Roclites

State League Boggabilla
Pretty scappy race, losing big time (4mins) at 4 (parallel error identical to James) and then big time (3mins) at 9 (perfect approach, but looking for 'buildings' which were actually some concrete slabs on the ground). From there legs and lungs were showing fatigue walking through the tougher bits, and didn't really nail the nav at all.
Came in last of the contenders by a long way, and stuffed.

No gps map. classic stopped garmin at the start, and started it at the end. would have been nice to do some proper analysis on my run. oh well.

CrossTraining (Volleyball) 3:00:00 [3]

NSW Indoor Masters playing with some old friends. They lost a game before i got there, but undefeated from then on. Good fun, but my shoulder isn't happy about it.

Running 36:00 [1] 7.0 km (5:09 / km)
shoes: GT2000 Yellow

Had to park so far away from olympic stadium that i had to jog too and from the car for games

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: GT2000 Yellow

10 AM

Orienteering race (Sprint) 16:29 [5]
shoes: Inov8 Roclites

Garrison Point sprint. Forgot to start watch.
An overall clean run on a very easy map apart from 1 poor route choice to 13 (10s) and misreading description at 19, meaning i want past the stairs and looked on a ramp (40s).
Woulda, shoulda, coulda.
2 PM

Orienteering race (Sprint) 15:57 intensity: (3 @3) + (35 @4) + (15:19 @5) 3.73 km (4:17 / km) +25m 4:08 / km
ahr:176 max:183 shoes: GT2000 Yellow

UWS Milperra sprint
Ran quite disjointed, hesitating a fair bit, and struggling to read the finer points on the map. Never really got ahead of the flow and leg speed felt sluggish, although no MAJOR errors. Results suggest others had a similar run.
Mispunched by exiting the fork and collecting 15 & 16 in the wrong order before returning to the fork. Simple mistake cost me taking my first andyhill scalp.
Woulda, shoulda, coulda

Running 47:28 [3] 8.73 km (5:26 / km) +115m 5:06 / km
shoes: Kayano Gold

Really struggling to recover from the weekend, sleeping >10 hours each night and really low energy.
Pulled myself out to crack the 100 in my pokedex, even though the legs didn't feel great, and glad i did so.
