Heaps of people were getting done by bluebottles, so i only did one lap.
Felt fairly significant vertigo getting out, which is probably because of stuffy sinus.
Very slow transition, but unavoidable.

Up to westhead and back to Newtown. Staying at a pretty steady effort level.
Tried to stay on aeros wherever it was safe, which included the climbs. I think it was a very good exercise, and was quite comfortable.
Last 30mins was pretty easy, but still dead legs for the run.

I'd describe the pace as "steady state". I think i could probably pull through the marathon at slightly slower than this pace.
Felt good, but a bit boring. Listened to "Soul classics" to get me through.
