calf is f*&ked. Got through the course, but practically limping most of the way.

Technique was ok here, no massive errors, but some minor ones let me down.
1 - bad route choice
3 - bad bearing, too far south
6 - ran past it, should have trusted myself where i thought it was.

6foot is up in the air at the moment.

1 hour very easy on the aerobars watching royal tanenbaums. Lots of adjustments which helped, but can't get far enough forward over the pedals on either bike. Unable to reverse seatpost on either as well. Will make do.
