So much fun at the Billygoat! I still had some large-ish errors, but I think better than last year so yay! I'll try to write a more detailed reflection later.

Long run today, partly to avoid work (I have 2 papers to finish writing, eek!) and partly to prove to myself that I'm recovered enough to run the whole Billygoat. I'm a little worried about the hills in the Billygoat, but I guess we'll see! I felt pretty good on just the flat trails I ran, and it was a beautiful day. I'm guessing it was somewhere around 12 miles.
