Run to delta. Missed park run start and just ran a section of the route. Hamstrings are tight.

Jackal Creek night O. Messed up 1,2&23 badly some other smaller mistakes but nothing too bad. 9th was an ok result, similar to last week.

Another k4 tt, this time with Alex, Ricky & Alistair. We had a better rhythm and we pulling 0.5 km/hr faster than last time. But the tt was busier and we were slowed down a fair bit on the corners. Wayne and Mike in a k2 tried to race us, but only managed to hang on until 7 lap. Could have gone under 41 I think.
