Old eds half. Quads were hurting on the hills after last two days training. Heart rate data not correct, wrist unit not picking up max properly when sweating

17,17L,(19L),18 fail,18 and a bit of bouldering with no real success. That 17 lead hurt a lot.

Climb with Stijn. Cityrock climbing comp. no grades to go on, but 12 routes on varying grade with bonus points along the way (B1 to B4) giving you an increasing number of points. 3xB4, 3xB3, 1xB2, 3xB1 and 0x2. Giving me 113 points for the week. B1's are the big goals giving 70% of the points. Very cool evening out and something a bit different.
