Strong northerly wind subsided, so not too bad cycling. Quite cold (just above freezing).

First Thursday run for a couple of weeks. Felt reasonable, but not completely fluid. Chilly-ish (4-5C) Shorts, Lifa, short sleeved top. Hands a bit cold to start then warmed up. Ears (!) cold at the end.
