Home -> Pool.
Start of a (hopefully) normal training week.
Felt quite good this morning after a relatively undisturbed night (no nocturnal coughing fits).

Swimming 41:00 [3] 2.0 km (20:30 / km)

A reasonable swim. Quite busy in the pool.
Just within 20min for first half of session. Felt slower for latter part, but didn't feel like wanting to stop early.

Pool -> Work.
Definitely feel that I have more energy today (cold must be just about gone).
Put on a reasonable pace to get to work.
