2018 edition of Raid the Hammer. With Adam. Entered at the last minute just before the deadline. Masters category. A killer route, designed to be physically difficult. Most controls were doglegs and there was a lot of climb. Adam and I finished 2nd of 3 in 2-person masters. Pretty exhausted afterward.

Cold, dark, and wet outside so used the treadmill for the first time this season. Watched Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Actual running was 40 min at 9:40 pace. The rest was walking.
