Weight Room 1:30:00 [3]

Too cold for school today, so I was able to go to the weight room on a January day without having to deal with a bunch of new guys hogging all the equipment. Really calm and quiet in there today
1 PM

Nordic Ski 1:10:18 [3] 16.69 km (4:13 / km)
shoes: Atomic ski boots

Wind chill temperatures in the 40s below 0 put most of the area out of school today, yet oddly I was still the first one to lay tracks on the corduroy in the early afternoon.

shoes: Atomic ski boots

Intervals at Theodore Wirth park. Had to stop halfway through because ifnabski race going on at the same time causing huge bacjuos to occur on some of the uphills. One hill in particular was so bad and icy that some kid snapped a pole going up. Waited until everything was done and calm again before getting back to my workout. I kind of feel like the workout wasn't as good because if the huge amount of time between sets, but I'm glad I still got something out of it.
