Battle Hill. Checking controls on the north side of the forest early in the morning then picking up all the controls on the south side during teh afternoon.
Felt OK doing all of that, but very tired as soon as I let myself relax afterwards. Very glad not to have to go up that hill again!

Harriers - "Tip track" uphill via water tank. Not a route I'd done before.
A struggle. Feeling below par (head still not cleared), and then got SVT soon after stopping after the climb up the track. Had to wait for about 10 mins for it to click off and went fairly gently after that.

Felt reasonable, though not pushing too hard despite good conditions. Bike starting to really need servicing.

Feeling a bit better though head still fairly stuffed up. More strength on the hills today, but still a good bit below par.
