NEW AIMS FOR TRAINING
1) improve stamina, was loosing time yesterday near the end because a) i couldn't run fast enough and b) couldn't think properly. Going to increase distance of regular longer run and going to try to stop it being on tracks/big fat paths...
For level C & D events going to practice certain techniques for example control flow and running through terrain. Results don't matter @ EML and Summer League. In the week or 2 before big race going to practice everything ie do a proper course.
