Long run to begin prepping for the 50Miler in a month. Ran out to highland falls, up mine Torne Road, took a left to run down to Camp Natural Bridge, then back through Washington gate to end at Mac Statue and walk/limp back to my room

Did Pullups to failure, and pushups were 30 in first set, then 25, then 20- slow and good form

Sprint around campus. Most of the course was bagged, although 4 of the 10 points were not, which slowed me down a bit looking for them
