60 Pushups in 2 minutes- I was actually trying... I guess it's been a while. Time to fix that. Then:
(40lb freeweight bench press x8 and 40lb tricep extension x 6)x3
(25 lb shoulder press and 25 lb bi curl x 8) x3
did core, then 30 burpees
small amount of pullups scattered throughout

Nice little O course around the ski slope area. Overall I did well, I only ran into problems when I tried to start running before I had compiled a plan for how ot get to the next one
