Trainer Ride. Gotta get my bum used to being on the bike again. Watched Master of None on Netflix. I like it so far.

Less help today because they class was pretty full, but I was still able to touch my face to my knee in Janu A, so I'm happy. My goal is to do Ashtanga 2x/week through the end of January. (except when I'm on vacation.)
