Long easy run down the river and through loads of fields, got lost halfway through which means my run is about 20mins more than it needed to be :( my hamstring is slightly tight

Long hard day training with the squad, it included loads of activities with and without maps, the distance and time is an estermation :)

I came 5th on the blue corse out of 60+ finishers, because my running ability really helped on two long easy legs where i gained loads of time :D
