Better run and further than last night. Despite being hillier i had better planning and flow.

splits :-

5:49 (inc plan time waiting for traffic lights to cross), 5:12, 5:04, 5:08, 5:40, 6:01, 5:44, 6:09, 5:20, 7:21 (major hill), 5:50, 5:17 then 4:58 for last 855m.

Simple warm up out and back along my drive in route. Wore Lycra shorts and did wonder if good idea as sleet in the air.

Good start , faded poorly second half when control selection was iffy. Work to do on street fitness. Splits were :-
5:18, 5:10, 6:30, 5:35, 5:10, 6:34, 5:32, 6:30, 6:15, 6:06, 5:51, 6:12 then 1:05 for last 194m

Split 3 was about 45 secs over what should have been due to change from ink pen (smudging) to a pencil. Shorts were fine. Was probably too warm when I finished !!
