Felt somewhat tired after the ocean swim in the morning. # 4 and 18 tricked me a little bit. Te course was so intertwined that I started heading off to 4 after 17, instead of going for 18. Lost approx a minute there. The new Inov8 Roclites needs to be broken in, as even in this short run I had to slow down after #11 due to the pain.

Participated in the inagural Sydney Skinny ocean swim.

Could have done better than the 450 points collected. Still a decent score, although cam a minute and 9 seconds late. Running felt good, and almost the whole run was off the tarmac. Some minor mistakes, like when I decided to cross the dark green after #13. Also a poor choice of my loop meant that I could have collected another 50 or so points with a better route.

The latest instalment of the Sprint series. Had a good run, felt strong, though at #8 had a low point in the uphill. Running felt good, though had some minor mistakes, lost a couple seconds at controls 2, 3, 8, 10 and 15.
